Susan Whitaker
Yoga has been a defining part of my life for nearly 40 years. I discovered it at 19, when I was in need of direction. It helped bring me balance and gave me a sense of purpose. Since then, I've had the privilege of helping many students find their own way through releasing self-doubt, limitation, illness, depression, grief, chronic pain, and many other conditions. Yoga is an empowering force that can strengthen and clarify one's purpose, and renew well-being, peace, and ease. My training is in Kripalu Yoga and Integrative Yoga Therapy, both of which emphasize balancing mind, body, and spirit. I feel that kindness and compassion are important parts of exploring a person's life experience and inviting freedom and a return to more joyful living. I believe that yoga is a healing art and available to everyone.. Email Susan |
